The best course in Northern Arizona. Opened in 1992 - Gary Panks design - with the next 9 opening 1998. The tree lined, well groomed fairways lead to large but tricky greens. Great low rates. Open April to November 15, subject to weather. Located at 7000 ft, it gives great ball flight. The tight fairways are a good practice to keep the ball straight. The original course was opened in 1928 with sand greens, but the only part of the old course remaining is the historic Clubhouse and Pro-Shop. Large driving range and practice green.

Elden Hills is a wonderful course for both local players and visitors. The course is relatively short and walkable with some narrow tree-lined fairways, a few wide open holes, and beautiful views of the mountains and pine forests of Northern Arizona. The staff are friendly and helpful, giving the course the feel of a private club, with the price and accessibility of a public course. Families are welcome, and single players will be matched up with interesting partners.
